Membership fees are non-transferable.

4. Certification & Training Programs

Enrollment in AIB certification or training programs requires:

  • Accurate submission of required documentation
  • Payment of applicable program fees
  • Compliance with assessment and examination policies

AIB reserves the right to:

  • Modify program structure, curriculum, or assessment format
  • Reschedule or cancel programs where necessary
  • Withhold certification in cases of misconduct or academic dishonesty

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of program requirements.

5. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid in accordance with published payment terms.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.
  • AIB may revise fees periodically.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or credentials.

6. Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Active membership status requires compliance with AIB’s CPD framework. Members must:

  • Complete required CPD credits annually
  • Maintain records of CPD activities
  • Submit declarations during renewal

Non-compliance may result in suspension of membership designation.

7. Verification Services

AIB provides certificate and membership verification for transparency and professional integrity. Verification results reflect current status at the time of search. AIB is not responsible for misuse of verified information by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, certification materials, training modules, research publications, logos, and trademarks are the intellectual property of AIB unless otherwise stated. Users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify materials
  • Use AIB trademarks without written permission
  • Deliver external training using AIB materials without authorization

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

AIB provides services on a professional and good-faith basis. However:

  • AIB does not guarantee employment, promotion, or career advancement.
